As of January 1, 2022, there have been some price adjustments to the services that I provide. All prices are tax included. These price adjustments are necessary for me to continue to grow the business and provide the consistent service that you, as a loyal client, have come to expect. I appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you in your health goals in the future.

If your usual method of payment is direct billing through your insurance company and you are wondering how these price adjustments will affect that, once we submit the first treatment after January 1, 2022, I will inform you of the changes to the balance.

You have 3 convenient payment options:

  1. Cash
  2. Personal or Business Cheque.
Please make all cheques payable to Evolution Massage Therapy.
  3. E-transfer to [email protected]
  4. Direct bill your massage service through your extended health plan, which frees you from having to submit a claim.
You will just be responsible for the balance owing for your treatment if your plan does not cover the whole amount. If there is a balance, it can be paid by one of the other payment methods.

It is suggested that you contact your Insurance Company to see that massage therapy is covered under your individual plan. All receipts that are given for your treatments can be submitted to your insurance company to go through their own repayment process.
